Jashni is currently partnered with Tennant in Alchemy Entertainment, furthering an associa-tion that began when Jashni was the executive in charge of production on Tennant’s $100 million grossing Ever After, starring Drew Barrymore and Anjelica Huston. His co-producing The Hurricane results from his former partnership with industry powerbroker Irving Azoff in Giant Pictures—a partnership that also resulted in the production of Jack Frost for Warner Bros. and The Inkwell for Touchstone.
Jashni also held production posts at Columbia Pictures and The IndieProd Company, where he was involved in the production of such films as Groundhog Day, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, Air America, Mountains of the Moon and Roxanne.
